Shipping options within Canada

SweetLegs offers flexible shipping options through FedEx and Canada Post. When ordering on our website, choose from flat-rate or expedited shipping options.

IMPORTANT: Before selecting your preferred shipping method, ensure it's available for your location. (Not every area is eligible for Priority service.)

Delivery timelines don't account for the time needed for our team to process and package your order in our warehouse. Typically, processing takes 24-48 hours; however, during peak periods like holidays and sales, it might take 5-7 days before your order is dispatched. During major events like Black Friday/Cyber Monday or Boxing Day, there might be additional processing delays.

Available Shipping Methods:

Flat-Rate Shipping (Default)

  • Flex Shipping – $12: Tracked delivery for orders under $200.

  • Super Flex Shipping – $20: For larger orders $200 and up.

Most shipments arrive within 3 – 5 business days* from our Kelowna, BC warehouse.

SweetLegs may choose the most reliable carrier (FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, or Canada Post) depending on your location and current service conditions.

Free Shipping (During Promos)

When available, free shipping promotions automatically ship using our Flex Delivery option.

  • Tracked delivery, typically 3–5 business days*

  • May ship with FedEx or Canada Post, depending on your area

  • Available only when advertised during promotions.

  • May require a minimum spend to be hit which is after discount and before taxes and shipping. See promotion details. Gift cards do not apply towards free shipping minimum spends.

Premium Carriers

Customers who prefer a specific service may select and pay for an upgraded carrier rate at checkout, such as:

  • FedEx Express Saver®: 1 – 3 business days*

  • FedEx 2Day®: 1 – 2 business days*

  • FedEx Priority Overnight®: Next business day*

  • Canada Post Expedited: 4 - 8 business days*

  • Canada Post Xpresspost®: 2 - 3 business days*

Canada Post Service

Canada Post continues to experience rotating strikes and potential delays.

  • We may still use Canada Post for rural or P.O. Box deliveries where no other service is available. (FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or rural addresses).

  • Please provide a physical street address whenever possible to ensure successful delivery.

Local Pickup – Free

Available for Vernon, Lake Country, Kelowna, and West Kelowna, BC.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

*Delivery times apply to most metropolitan areas. Remote locations or severe weather may cause delays beyond these estimates. Delivery times may also be affected by external factors or carrier delays which are outside of our control.

Please note that our warehouse operates Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm PST, excluding statutory holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Changing or Canceling an Order:

Contact us at [email protected] to cancel your order. Once your order is being processed, canceling and reordering is the only option. Returns incur a $12 restocking fee. Once your order has shipped we are unable to cancel the order.

Missed Deliveries:

FedEx makes three delivery attempts; if all fail, the package is returned to us. Please refer to your delivery attempt notice slip for details on collecting your package from the closest depot.

To reduce the risk of theft, all orders over $125 require a signature release. You may opt out of this by emailing us at [email protected] once your order has been placed; however, if your package is lost or stolen, SweetLegs cannot be held liable.

Return Policy:

With the exception of defective items, all products must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached. If items are deemed to have a manufacturer’s defect, a virtual gift card for the value of the item plus shipping costs will be issued.

We don't offer refunds under any circumstances. Items sent back with customer damage, no documentation, or missing tags won't receive a credit.

How to Initiate a Return:

Email [email protected] with the issue description, order number, and photos of defects and we’ll gladly assist you. Return shipping costs for print preference or size changes are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that it can take up to 30 days to receive your item and an additional 5 business days for processing.

Final Sales:

Items tagged as final sale can't be returned or exchanged. This includes scrunchies, daybooks, jewelry, promotional materials, and items marked as final sale.
