SweetLegs offers flexible shipping options through FedEx and Canada Post. When ordering on our website, choose from flat-rate or expedited shipping options.

IMPORTANT: Before selecting your preferred shipping method, ensure it's available for your location. (Not every area is eligible for Priority service.)

Delivery timelines don't account for the time needed for our team to process and package your order in our warehouse. Typically, processing takes 24-48 hours; however, during peak periods like holidays and sales, it might take 5-7 days before your order is dispatched. During major events like Black Friday/Cyber Monday or Boxing Day, there might be additional processing delays.

Available shipping methods:

Free Shipping: Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using the Flex Delivery option.
Flex Delivery: 1 to 3 business days*
FedEx Express Saver®: 1 to 3 business days*
FedEx 2Day®: 1 to 2 business days*
FedEx Priority Overnight®: Next business day*
Canada Post Xpresspost: 2 to 3 business days*
Canada Post Expedited: 4 to 7 business days

  • In most metropolitan areas. Orders to rural or remote locations may be shipped with FedEx Ground or a similar service, which may result in longer delivery times. Delivery times may also be affected by external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

NOTES:

  • FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes or rural areas. If you select a FedEx shipping option and your address is a P.O. Box or in a rural area, your order will ship via Canada Post Expedited or another ground service.

  • Canada Post Strike Alert: The ongoing Canada Post labor disruption, which began on November 15, may delay shipments. For updates on the strike and its impact, visit the official Canada Post Negotiations Update Page. If you use a P.O. Box, we recommend providing an alternative address to avoid disruptions.

*Exceptions apply. Please visit the carrier's website to confirm delivery times to your destination. Shipping times vary greatly due to season.

Please note that our warehouse operates Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm PST, excluding statutory holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Changing or Canceling an Order:

Contact us at [email protected] to modify or cancel your order as soon as you place your order. Once your order is being processed, canceling and reordering is the only option. Returns incur a $10 restocking fee.

Missed Deliveries:

FedEx makes three delivery attempts; if all fail, the package is returned to us. Please refer to your delivery attempt notice slip for details on collecting your package from the closest depot.

To reduce the risk of theft, all orders over $125 require a signature release. You may opt out of this by emailing us at [email protected] once your order has been placed; however, if your package is lost or stolen, SweetLegs cannot be held liable.

Return Policy:

With the exception of defective items, all products must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached. If items are deemed to have a manufacturer’s defect, a virtual gift card for the value of the item plus shipping costs will be issued.

We don't offer refunds under any circumstances. Items sent back with customer damage, no documentation, or missing tags won't receive a credit.

How to Initiate a Return:

Email [email protected] with the issue description, order number, and photos of defects and we’ll gladly assist you. Return shipping costs for print preference or size changes are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that it can take up to 30 days to receive your item and an additional 5 business days for processing.

Final Sales:

Items tagged as final sale can't be returned or exchanged. This includes scrunchies, daybooks, jewelry, promotional materials, and items marked as final sale.
