SweetLegs offers flexible shipping options through FedEx. When ordering on our website, choose from flat-rate or expedited shipping options.
IMPORTANT: Before selecting your preferred shipping method, ensure it's available for your location. (Not every area is eligible for Priority service.)
SweetLegs does not ship to PO boxes outside of Canada. If you’re outside of Canada and use a PO box, please use an alternative delivery address.
Delivery timelines don't account for the time needed for our team to process and package your order in our warehouse. Typically, processing takes 24-48 hours; however, during peak periods like holidays and sales, it might take 5-7 days before your order is dispatched. During major events like Black Friday/Cyber Monday or Boxing Day, there might be additional processing delays.
International Orders (within the USA):
$7 flat rate shipping with tracking (7-10 business days)
FedEx International Economy (2 business days)
FedEx International Priority (next business day)
International Orders (outside North America):
FedEx International Economy (2-5 business days)
FedEx International Priority (1-3 business days)
For orders under $800 USD shipped from Canada, no duties apply, but customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Changing or Canceling an Order:
Contact us at [email protected] to modify or cancel your order as soon as you place your order. Once your order is being processed, canceling and reordering is the only option. Returns incur a $10 restocking fee.
FedEx makes three delivery attempts; if all fail, the package is returned to us. Please refer to your delivery attempt notice slip for details on collecting your package from the closest depot.
To reduce the risk of theft, all orders over $125 require a signature release. You may opt out of this by emailing us at [email protected] once your order has been placed; however, if your package is lost or stolen, SweetLegs cannot be held liable.
With the exception of defective items, all products must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached. If items are deemed to have a manufacturer’s defect, a virtual gift card for the value of the item plus shipping costs will be issued.
We don't offer refunds under any circumstances. Items sent back with customer damage, no documentation, or missing tags won't receive a credit.
How to Initiate a Return:
Email [email protected] with the issue description, order number, and photos of defects and we’ll gladly assist you. Return shipping costs for print preference or size changes are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that it can take up to 30 days to receive your item and an additional 5 business days for processing.
Items tagged as final sale can't be returned or exchanged. This includes scrunchies, daybooks, jewelry, promotional materials, and items marked as final sale.
