If you choose to exchange an item for whatever reason, a flat fee of $18 is charged which is subtracted from your store credit. This fee covers the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, as well as shipping fees to send the new item(s) back to you.

If you prefer to simply return a purchased product for a store credit, a $10 handling fee will be applied.
