Yes - your points expire on a rolling one-year basis based on the date that they were earned. Making a purchase or redeeming points at least once every 365 days will maintain your points balance.

If you are concerned you may not make a purchase within 365 days of earning your points, you may redeem your points for a gift card (which does not expire) in the Rewards Launcher.
