How do I do a return if I'm a US customer?

Here's the process for sending back purchases if you live in the USA.

Thanks for contacting us! We’re sorry to hear you’re not in LOVE with your recent SweetLegs purchase and we would be delighted to assist you with an exchange!

Please note: You have 30 days from the day you receive your SweetLegs products to review your purchase and exchange if necessary. Upon the return of your SweetLegs products, you will be electronically issued a CREDIT for the SweetLegs website. Your credit will include the price you paid for the items you are sending back and any applicable taxes. In the event of a price discrepancy when making a new purchase, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

1. The item(s) have been worn
2. The item(s) have been washed
3. The item(s) have been altered
4. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
5. The item(s) were a Final Sale item
6. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and sellable condition

In the case of exchanges, it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to SweetLegs.

TO RETURN ANY ITEM(S), PROCEED AS FOLLOWS: Pack the unworn and unwashed items with the original receipt, packing slip or proof of payment. We must have your order number included with your return. Send the package to the following address:

Upon receiving your return, SweetLegs shall process your exchange within 7 business days. Once your items have been inspected and processed through our returns department, you will receive a credit via your email to be used on the SweetLegs website. Exchanges are not issued for worn, washed, or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Please let us know if you have any further questions, we're happy to help!
